Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes a liability that cannot legally be excluded. Users remain responsible for their own taxes, reporting duties, legal compliance and decisions concerning whether participation is appropriate.

Suspension, Closure and Review

gdl88 may restrict, suspend or close an account where there is a reasonable concern about age, identity, security, unlawful activity, duplicate registration, payment abuse, prohibited conduct or breach of these terms. Access may remain restricted while a review is completed.

A user may request account closure subject to pending transactions, required checks and lawful record-retention obligations. Closing an account does not remove liabilities or obligations arising before closure. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately and should be treated as responsible gambling controls.

Changes, Severability and Contact
